How much glutamine is there in casein?

Glutamine is a conditionally essential Amino Acid (CAA). There are six CAA's in total: arginine, cysteine, glycine, glutamine, proline, and tyrosine. "Conditionally essential" means that under normal conditions the human body can synthesize this group of amino acids itself in the amounts the body needs, so it is not essential to supply them in the diet.

In recent years, a number of scientific studies have been researching the anti-fatigue effects of glutamine. At the present stage, the conclusion of many studies seems to be that glutamine improves some fatigue parameters but has limited effects on performance.
