Payment
You can pay COD. When you have placed your order, please call us to confirm your order, or please receive our phone call to confirm your order. In order to serve you well, we always confirm by phone:
1) your list of ordered items
2) your choice of payment
3) your delivery details
After successful confirmation we ship your parcel to you.
Shipping
We ship to all of Vietnam. Express delivery is available in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently express delivery is only available in HCMC. All of Vietnam outside HCMC shipping time is 2-4 days depending on destination.

Free shipping in all of Vietnam: Orders above 1.000.000vnd.
Free delivery in HCMC (takes 1-2 days): Orders above 600.000vnd.
Express delivery in HCMC available, customer pays delivery fee.
Returns
If a parcel has been damaged during transport to your address, please reject receiving the parcel at the delivery man. Please do not receive the package if you can see it is damaged. If you have received a product that is damaged inside the packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product. A picture of the broken goods must be presented. We will solve the problem to your satisfaction.
